Wheebuy Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

A row earns a place in your shortlist when its useful details add up. This checklist makes the decision repeatable and exposes vague rows quickly.

Wheebuys is an independent guide for spreadsheet users. It does not sell products, process orders, handle shipping, verify sellers, or represent Wheebuy or Findsindex.

Check before you collect

The seven-point checklist

Use the same threshold

Score your row

6–7Strong shortlist candidate

The row has enough usable information to compare further.

4–5Research more

Write down what is missing before opening more links.

2–3Weak row

The gaps are doing more work than the evidence.

0–1Remove for now

Return only if a reliable new detail appears.

Photos should answer category questions

QC photos by category

The useful question is simple: do the pictures show enough to keep this item? A photo finder may help you locate images, but you still need to match them to the exact product and variant.

Pair any size chart with visible garment, insole, case, or bag dimensions rather than relying on a familiar size label alone.

Shoes

Both sides, toe, heel, sole, inside label, and an insole measurement when fit is uncertain.

Clothing

Front and back, tags, seams, fabric close-up, and garment measurements—not a size letter alone.

Bags

Front, back, base, inside, closures, hardware, handles, and dimensions.

Accessories

Scale, functional parts, finish, material description, and any size-dependent detail.

QC photos are evidence to inspect, not a guarantee of identity, condition, fit, durability, or final delivered quality. Confirm that the photos are relevant to the exact row you are reviewing.

Two rows, different value

Good row and weak row examples

Good example

A jacket row you can compare

  • Category and item type are clear
  • Chest, shoulder, and length measurements
  • Front, back, lining, fastener, and seam photos
  • Price compared with two similar jackets
  • Packed weight considered
  • Source page still shows matching details
Weak example

A vague clothing row

  • Excited title but no item description
  • One front image
  • Only “M / L / XL” with no measurements
  • No comparison beyond the headline price
  • Weight ignored
  • Destination page is unclear or changed

A useful review states the exact variant, date, visible evidence, and unresolved limitations. Anonymous praise without those details is context, not proof.

One-sentence save rule

Save the row only when you can name the evidence that makes it useful.

If your explanation is “I might need it later,” the row probably needs more research or removal.

What to do next

Match the checklist to the category

Use the category guide for product-specific checks, then read the shipping and safety notes before treating an external page as actionable.
