Name the item
Begin with a clear product type such as zip hoodie, running shoe, crossbody bag, or light jacket. A specific item gives you a result set that can be judged with the same questions.
Search with a reason
Start with the item you want, then add one detail you need to check—such as a measurement, source, photo, or packed weight. If the results stop being comparable, simplify the search.
Wheebuys is an independent guide for spreadsheet users. It does not sell products, process orders, handle shipping, verify sellers, or represent Wheebuy or Findsindex.
Begin with a clear product type such as zip hoodie, running shoe, crossbody bag, or light jacket. A specific item gives you a result set that can be judged with the same questions.
Include a measurement, material, color, closure, or intended use only when it helps you reject the wrong options. “Zip hoodie with garment measurements” is more useful than a string of broad product labels.
Add Yupoo for an image-led album, or Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 when the original marketplace page matters. A source name tells you where to inspect; it does not prove the row is current.
If fit is unclear, look for measurements. If construction matters, look for useful photo angles. If the item is bulky, include packed weight. The added detail should answer a real question rather than simply lengthen the search.
Choose the right starting point
Start in the closest category, choose a few plausible results, and verify the current page and exact variant before saving anything.
Use the checklist when several rows look alike. It gives you consistent reasons to remove weak options instead of opening more tabs.
Open the source-link guide when the destination, marketplace, album, or converted URL is unclear.
Original and raw links
A direct source URL, when available. Confirm the destination and visible item details yourself.
Another common label for a source URL before it is opened through a service or directory.
A tool that may reformat or route Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or other URLs. Wheebuys does not provide a converter.
A search concept for locating a corresponding page. Similar titles or images alone do not establish an exact match.
Do not assume a converter supports every source or verifies the item. Check what the tool changes and compare the result with the original URL. The source-link guide shows what to inspect.
Keep the search readable
A useful search can be read aloud without explanation: “black zip hoodie, chest 112 cm, fabric close-up.” It names the item and the missing evidence without packing unrelated terms into the same line.
If the results are still mixed, change one part at a time. Once you find a relevant page, judge its current photos, measurements, source clarity, and visible details rather than the wording that led you there.
Search discipline
When the name is unfamiliar
An unfamiliar name may appear beside words such as sheet, source, photos, or shipping. Use the glossary to work out what kind of page or information you should expect before opening more results.
Try a focused query
The search opens externally. Wheebuys does not operate the results page.
